STEVEN M. EAMES, age 63, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 27, 2013. He was born February 23, 1950, in Tyler, Texas, to Newton L. Eames, Jr. and Helen Keath Fox Eames. Steve grew up in Fort Worth, TX, and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1972. He married Pamela Fern Williams on December 18, 1971.

Steve is survived by his wife, Pamela; sons, Justin Alexander Eames of Sugar Land, TX, and Andrew Scott Eames; his daughter-in-law, Lauren Colleen Gehring Eames; and his granddaughter, Aubrey Colleen Eames, all of Lubbock, TX; brother, Robert N. Eames and his wife Phyllis of Denton, TX; niece, Erin Eames of Frisco, TX; and nephew, Brant Eames and his wife Lorie of New Braunfels, TX.
Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday, September 2, 2013, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit). A Memorial Celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 3, 2013, in The Morrow Chapel of The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, after a private interment at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
