Tommy wasn't actually in our class. He graduated in '67 with Larry Lee and Mike Lawless. Never-the-less, there are stories to be told about "Bo". He went with my sister from '71 through the mid '70s, and my mother loaned him the money to buy an 18-wheeler cab. They drove that thing all over the country while he worked for TransAmerica, out of San Francisco. During the summer of '76, I went on a trip with him to L.A., where we picked up a load of golf carts to be brought back to the Fort... It was alot of fun. We made the drive without stopping, while drinking beer and smoking pot. Needless to say, it was before, or just as, the Law began to get very serious about DWI/DUI! There were no traffic-related incidents...
